Unlike many of our competitors, The HIT Locker training sessions are always led by a certified personal trainer. You receive exercise corrections and modifications throughout the workout so you don't get injured.


nutritional guidance

Does your current program ask you about your food at every workout? Do they provide you with damage control strategies so you can still enjoy ice cream, pizza and margaritas? We do.

 


AMAZING WORKOUT

Every workout is full body--elliptical hills at a 40-degree incline, fat-melting sprints, and free weight muscle-building exercises. You only need 2 - 3 sessions a week to get leaner and stronger.

A "typical" session

No two sessions are the same at The HIT Locker so you won't fall into a rut! We like to mix it up and keep it interesting, while including these key components every time:

CARDIO Get your cardio on! Simulated runs, sprints and hills on ellipticals are challenging but save your knees. You burn just as many calories on an elliptical as a treadmill without the impact to your joints. Even runners improve their pace with elliptical training.

STRENGTH Next you strengthen and tone your body using a combo of free weights and suspension straps while a certified personal trainer checks your form and modifies for any injuries you may have.
